• During a telephone consultation, a predetermined minimum of cleaning hours will be established and honored.

• Should the necessity arise to extend the cleaning duration, you will receive a notification one hour in advance, affording you the opportunity to prioritize remaining tasks or authorize the additional time required.

• For any organizing session, whether it involves your home, office, or documents, a prior consultation is essential. Additionally, an agreement will be reached concerning the use of additional tools such as baskets, files, boxes, dividers, or hangers.

• As part of our commitment to community welfare, all allocated cleaning hours are donated to individuals in need within the Stoke-on-Trent area. You will be provided with visual documentation showcasing the areas where the donated hours have been utilized, or you may receive thank-you notes from the beneficiaries of our services.
