• During a telephone consultation, a predetermined minimum of cleaning hours will be established and honored.

• Should the necessity arise to extend the cleaning duration, you will receive a notification one hour in advance, affording you the opportunity to prioritize remaining tasks or authorize the additional time required.

• For any organizing session, whether it involves your home, office, or documents, a prior consultation is essential. Additionally, an agreement will be reached concerning the use of additional tools such as baskets, files, boxes, dividers, or hangers.

• We are committed to maintaining a germ-free environment in your home. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene, we use your own cleaning appliances and products. If you prefer us to use our supplies, we guarantee that we will use a dedicated set of products exclusively for your home. This practice prevents cross-contamination and ensures that germs are not transferred from one house to another. An additional charge of £8/hr will apply for regular or deep cleaning sessions in this case.
