During this call, you can specify which remaining tasks you would like prioritized or decide if you are willing to extend the cleaning time.

For regular cleaning services, we offer personalized room cleaning task sheets. These sheets allow you to specify the tasks you want our cleaners to focus on until they become familiar with your preferences and requirements. This ensures that your specific needs are always met to your satisfaction.

If you prefer us to use our supplies, we guarantee that we will use a dedicated set of products exclusively for your home. This practice prevents cross-contamination and ensures that germs are not transferred from one house to another. Your health and safety are our top priorities, and we take every measure to uphold these standards.

A supplementary fee applies for the use of our specialized tools and products for deep cleaning and regular cleaning services.

Travel fees will be added for locations outside our standard service area.
