Service Description

Professional moving assistance services provide comprehensive support to individuals or businesses relocating their belongings. This service typically includes packing/unpacking and organizing, items to the new location.

Cancellation Policy

Cleaning and Organising – Terms and Conditions Definitions a. "The Company" – means Cleaning and Organising and/or any franchisees trading under a franchisee agreement. b. "Cleaner" – means the person or firm carrying out cleaning services on behalf of the Company. c. "Client" – means the person, firm, or corporate body, together with any subsidiary or associated company as defined by the Companies Act 1985, to whom the cleaning and organising services are supplied by the Company. d. "Service" – means the cleaning and organising services carried out on behalf of the Company. e. "Cleaning Visit" – means the visit to the Client’s service address by the Cleaner to carry out the Service. Contract a. These Terms and Conditions represent a contract between Cleaning and Organising and The Client. b. The Client agrees that any use of The Company’s services, including placing an order for services by telephone, email, or website forms, shall constitute the Client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. c. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by The Client. d. No variation or alteration of these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by a director of the Company. e. The Company operates a minimum charge of 2 hours per cleaning visit. Payment a. All work carried out by The Company at your request will be charged accordingly. b. Payments of fees rendered by invoice are due within the dates stated on the invoice via RBS, our appointed Bank. c. Interest may be applied to any overdue accounts at a rate of 8.5%. Late payments may result in withheld services and termination of the engagement. d. The Company reserves the right to charge a 20% pre-payment for all future work in case of consistent late payment. e. Prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclusive of VAT and other duties. f. Invoices shall be issued monthly or at the end of a project, dependent on agreed terms. g. All prices are Net, and no settlement discount is allowed. Equipment a. Cleaning materials are provided by the Company. If the Client requires the use of their solutions or equipment, they must be safe and in full working order. b. If the Client has complicated equipment, clear and detailed instructions must be provided to the Cleaner. c. The Company cannot accept liability if the Client requires the Cleaner to use their own materials and equipment, including a vacuum
